      Pros

      Pay is above average for the industry. If you are team/people focused the job is easy and kind of fun. Closing shift is only until 7pm.

      Cons

      Too hard to fire bad employees. Poor attitude / lazy employees destroy a team instantly. Payroll is too tight, and makes it hard to replace a bad fit/bad attitude.

      Pros

      Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

      Cons

      The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
