Great company, tough decision - Human Resources FedEx SupplyChain Employee Review

I loved working at FedEx and the culture of FedEx was really prevalent across employees. Employees were empowered to make a difference through continuous improvement and did not feel like it was overly bureaucratic, surprisingly given the complexity of the organization and its structure. The leadership were welcoming and receptive in conversations and were genuine in their interest of the business and the employees.
