Don't Be Fooled by the Glitz and Glamour - Human Resources FedEx SupplyChain Employee Review

Too many differing processes and procedures that conflict between local and Corporate policies causing confusion. One would THINK that such a large organization that has been established for so long would be much more clear and efficient than they actually are. I've worked for companies with less than 20 Employees that were a MUCH more well-oiled machine than this organization. Again, don't be fooled by the "FedEx" brand with this company, because they're as screwed up as a football bat.
