      Pros

      Consistent work. Set hours. Not incredibly micromanaged. Starts at 20 where I’m at.

      Cons

      No scheduled yearly raise program. Very outdated equipment. As all warehouses are, 70% of co workers aren’t the brightest and no one is happy to be there. Overcrowded yard.
