Management is horrible - People Operations Associate FedEx SupplyChain Employee Review

HR management and leadership team are horrible. they worked together to protect themselves but throw associates under the bus. Because I stood up for myself, they downgraded me, belittle and ignored me. All this was done by HRDM. so just imagine working in HR and they treat you that way. was total chaos.
