      Pros

      Decent benefits, great 401k match, 4x10 schedule means consistent 3 day weekends.

      Cons

      Upper management has absolutely no idea how to actually run anything, pay isn't competitive, team morale does not matter. Management definitely plays favorites as well. No flexibility in 'policy' either. Flat tire? Too bad. Kid is sick? Sucks for you. Don't feel safe driving in weather conditions? That's an unexcused absence on your attendance. THEY DON'T EVEN ACCEPT DOCTOR NOTES!
