Career advancement hindered by favoritism and neglect - Financial Associate II Fidelity Investments Employee Review

Favoritism, discrimination, if they don't like you ..they will not help you advance your career. They will help their buddies get a promotion because they hang outside of work. I have asked my boss repeatedly to help me advance and get time for career development. My requests and emails get ignored. I have worked very hard for this company. They say they care about their employees mental health and well being? No they don't. They only care about the money and do not care who they hurt in the process.
