WORST company I've ever worked for - Anonymous employee First Advantage Employee Review

Supervisors aren't monitored enough. They do what they want, and show favortism to the people they like. I was on the verification specialist team, the supervisor when on maternity leave and had the "team lead" take over.. She was the most unprofessional, mean, and lazy person I had ever met there. She talked about people.... Talked about EVERYONE to other people.. just awful! The people in this department will watch your every move and report it back to management.. if the people are friends of the supervisor, you will definitely hear about it. They don't investigate anything, just simply act on it.. They'll be laughing in your face, and calling your hiring company over something someone has told them... hear say. If you're not liked, rather you're doing your job or not, they will continue to pick on you, only to justify why they aren't renewing a contract. The I.T guy was horrible as well. there are two, the older guy was nice, the younger one, not so much... if you need help, try not asking that guy, he'll talk about you to the team lead. It was a horrible experience for me. If you're black, go somewhere else.. This is not the place for you.
