1. Values are only for display in the office walls and for interview questions but not really shown by the leadership. 2. THEY DON'T LISTEN!! Selective listening. 3. Do not believe in precautionary measures. Will be on their feet only if there is an escalation. 4. Quality is just someting to be preached about in Townhalls, but never practised in operations or given the opportunity to. 5. New joiness are treated like cattle and sometimes its does feel like which slaughter house they will be sent to! It's hard to watch. 6. Sometimes no classroom training, freshers are thrown straight to the opeartions floor for training. 7. Tenured agents expected to teach and finish their full days allocated work and have little or no downtime but are welcome (forced) to extend and finish their work sometimes with no OT. 8. Always biting into much more than they can chew. Take on too much work from other regions without any planning and dump them on the associates and expected to meet numbers sometimes double the target. 9. Work volume forcast is a joke. 10. First company that I have worked for that has such bad leadership and nobody you can really look upto. (this is my third job) 11. Their idea of fun is just to dress up in themes for occasions/festivals. Fun activities are like a blue moon thing. 12. New people are not given an in depth training, most people don't even know why people conduct background checks. Logic and understanding is not concentrated upon. Newbies are expected to learn things in an hour or less and work at the same pace as the tenured agents with no errors! 13. This company is funny, it is not even greedy it is just way too much into numbers. I thought numbers need to match quality, but here? Nope! They have a lot of revenue leakage in the process I work in, but nobody wants to fix those gaps until some big storm blows in. 14. I can understand pressure but this is madness due to mismanagement. They create pressure when there is none and no pressure where it iscreally required. If handled correctly, people will still meet their numbers with the same crazy volume and it could be a Win win for all. 15. System idea is good but looks like it was developed by people who did not communicate much. Applications hardly work as planned. Have to make do with long winded workarounds. Mind you there is no downtime for this! Warnings of issues are ignored and not rectified on time, will wait until a client escalates. 16. Most disorganised process 17. Background check not thorough of their own employees. I have heard of people who worked here with a criminal background. 18. Sudden inncrease in volume hence increase in target! More errors beacuse of double work, is all your fault. Do not hold management responsible. 19. Need to move to a better floor. Creator first floor has rat visits. Horrible maze like floor with torn carpets and covered in patchwork in some places. The floor itself feels so unwelcoming, imagine how our morale feels when we step into the office to see this Government maintained like office to top off all the work stress. 20. No motivation factor. 21. No respect for associates and their work, some lack basic etiquettes like Please and sorry. 22. It is a hand down work culture. You will do your Team leaders work, team leader will do the AMs work and so on. Not sure that's how it is done from the top level.
