      Pros

      First Advantage is a pretty decent place to be working at, They pay pretty decent, the Growth opportunities are nice, the Appraisals are pretty good, Quarterly gift vouchers and are pretty flexible with the shifts.

      Cons

      Prohance - Work efficiency monitor. Cafeteria . No Mobiles allowed.
