      you get air to breathe and water to drink

      Cons

      No long term plans or objectives. Major changes in company strategy every couple of months. A great place for boot-lickers and sycophant. Under qualified management with no vision. Too much politics.

      Pros

      Remote first company Once out of operations you really manage your own time.

      Cons

      Excessive Workloads Poor choice in Team Leads Don’t get sick and if you do pray it doesn’t last longer than your FMLA 12 weeks because they will fire you! Even after 8 years of employment. Even when it is documented that they are responsible for the health issues caused by burnout!
