Pros
Work from home policy (due to the fact that FADV chose an office that coudn't fit everyone, knowing they wouldn't need as much space) Generous vacation time (result of the LN acquisition)
Cons
I was let go last year, so wasn't in a rush to bash. But I've seen a few reviews from management, stating "change can be challenging" "if you can't adapt". How would one adapt, move to India? US employees are being told they're training their "support" or "backup" in India. So a team member trains their back up, within a month, they're gone, and your manager says "OK, now you need to train you're back up."
