      Pros

      I worked at Sterling prior to the acquisition. The team is great and everyone is willing to help each other.

      Cons

      The workload is insane. There were tons of layoffs which just added to everyone’s workload and managers were not in a space to be able to help. I left as soon as I could.

      Pros

      Remote first company Once out of operations you really manage your own time.

      Cons

      Excessive Workloads Poor choice in Team Leads Don’t get sick and if you do pray it doesn’t last longer than your FMLA 12 weeks because they will fire you! Even after 8 years of employment. Even when it is documented that they are responsible for the health issues caused by burnout!
