Pros

It is a good place if you are seeking growth in you profile even though you have to wait for 18 month for a growth but if you are decent in what you do growth is guaranteed Job security is also great I have seen them moving those who don't perform to other process multiple time rather then Letting them go

Cons

Management is bit of challenge here I have been promoted 2 time in my experience and been in 3 processes but the management in each process is always client centric they would always try to juice you for as much as they can out of you

Pros

Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

Cons

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
