Pros
Good place to start career in a call center. A vendor for few a diferent companies in different industries. Provided employees excellent training and opportunities. Always valued their employees who performed and offered to transfer us to another dept. when a contract expires. I enjoyed working there and my co-workers. Learned alot and improved my skills in my 10 months working there. Overtime was available and voluntary. Company benefits.
Cons
Low pay. After 4 weeks of training and then a 90 day probationary period and you have been in compliance with an excellent efficiency rating you should be awarded a raise.
