Pros
Local people are great to work with. Good work/life balance. Helping people with medical bills at no cost to patient.
Cons
Limited promotions, low pay, very poor employee morale. Management and HR don't do anything to reward hard-working employees. You may start out going "above and beyond" but since there is no pat on the back or recognition, burn out and a "who cares?" attitude follow quickly.
