Emotional trauma. Quite stessful, bad breaks.

We do know the role can be intense, so we make sure we have trained mental health first aiders at each site who we encourage any colleague to speak to if they are finding anything difficult, as well as offering free, confidential counselling through HealthShield. We encourage any colleagues to make sure they access these services if they are ever required.

None. Deadful company. Stay away

Cons

Everything. They do not speak english very well ( India based). They cut your pay if you do not meet quality or quantity matrix. As one of the highest producers,I exceeded my numbers every week. 1 week i was not feeling well my pay went from 18 to 6 an hour.
