Training resources and cross-functional exposure helped bridge the skill gap and build confidence in the new role. Recognition and growth are based on performance and potential, not just tenure. Open culture where employees are encouraged to express career aspirations.

Cons

The internal transition process could be made more structured with clearer timelines and checkpoints. Initial learning curve in the new role can be steep without formal onboarding tailored to internal movers.

Pros

Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

Cons

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
