Thanks for your review. I would like to mention here that at Fluido we have decided that we want to lead our culture and not have our culture lead us. You see, culture exists whether you pay attention to it or not. It is always there in the background, and if you don’t give it the attention it needs it gets a life of it’s own. Leading the culture is about cementing our values into actions and leading the culture is discussions, so that the beliefs and attitudes of how we work at Fluido are understood by all. As an example, all of the pros you mention are a direct result of the culture and the values we have in place.
