Pros

Good learning opportunity in chargeback defense and dispute management. Exposure to international clients and portals like Ayden. Decent colleagues at executive level to work with.

Cons

HR communication is completely unprofessional — critical decisions like layoffs are conveyed verbally over calls with no written documentation. Employees are pressured to resign rather than being given proper termination with legal dues. When G6 contract ended, selective employees were targeted with no clear or transparent criteria — HR refused to disclose who recommended names for layoff. No acknowledgment given for resignation mail. Notice period employees are kept in limbo with no work and no clarity. Management lacks accountability — decisions seem based on personal bias rather than performance. Employees with poor performance were retained while performing staff was let go. No proper offboarding process exists HR calls employees personally and pressures them verbally to resign — nothing in writing, no documentation, no transparency whatsoever. When I asked who recommended my name for layoff, HR flatly refused to disclose. No written acknowledgment given for resignation mail even after submitting. Entire layoff decision seems based on personal bias — employees with poor performance, who could not even operate basic Excel or track data, were retained. Performing employees were shown the door. Contract discontinuation was used as an excuse for selective targeting. There is zero proper offboarding process. Management takes zero accountability. HR makes threats on calls — "resign or I will terminate you tomorrow" — and then goes completely silent in writing. Notice period employees are left with no work, no clarity, and no dignity. This is not how a reputed firm should operate.

Pros

A few people were genuinely nice

Cons

Dated processes and management, people at the top have been there forever and scrutinize newcomers. They hate if you challenge the status quo
