9yThank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We understand that healthcare is a top priority among our employees. We continually assess available programs to find and improve coverage for our employees, especially for our families, which share the greatest cost burden. In 2017, the firm has decided to absorb the increased cost of our health insurance in order to keep the employee contribution at current levels.
We also offer a number of health and wellness initiatives including discounted gym membership as well as a $175 subsidy toward any 1-year membership. We hope to increase these health and wellness benefits in the coming year so stay tuned!
