8yI would like to thank you for taking the time to post your review, which helps us both applaud our strengths and note areas for improvement. We put a great deal of effort into continuously improving our culture to benefit our people. In fact, we have been focusing on building and strengthening our teams. While we have seen measurable progress in some market segments, we are continuing to evaluate and provide feedback in those areas that are not moving as quickly. Improving our business development culture is also a strategic focus. Over the past year, we have taken a fresh look at our initiative, “Play Your Part”, which has resulted in changes to our training and approach, including engaging outside organizations to complement the program. As we continue to grow our business outside of traditional compliance attest and tax services we need to educate our staff about these offerings and how our clients and prospects can benefit from them. Increased communication and training will be deployed to cascade this information. Once again I thank you for your feedback which enables us to evaluate our progress and continue to identify areas that require more energy.
