      There are no more pros. Unemplyement is better.

      Cons

      A toxic environment: no respect for the employees, no clear tasks, no supervisions, workload is HUGE, the management humiliates the employees, no opportunity for development, working weekends is mandatory, your legal right to vacation days is refused.
