Pros
1) Work/life balance is a priority and fully supported 2) career progression is individually tailored and based on results (not you need to x years) and the company is rapidly growing thus lots of opportunity to progress 3) the people that work there are all friendly, kind and fun 4) they have some really great clients that are interesting and value the audit
Cons
1) the company is growing fast which means change which is not always easy (new software/new engagements etc) 2) the brand is not as well known as the big 4
