Pros
National firm so good opportunities to work with different types of clients in different sectors. Multiple service lines so opportunities to work with different departments.
Cons
Run as service lines nationally so limited opportunity locally. Pay is not necessarily competitive. Trying to develop business into a bigger entity so additional work can be expected. Had a matrix for people in appraisals so there’s a set number of people for each rating at Year end.
