High staff turnover, especially in senior level. Poor communication between senior and junior, and also manager. Always hire those senior from other firms, but the seniors are actually inexperience with poor communication and leadership, which causes teamwork problem. Manager always expect you to complete the task within their timeline, but with lack of human resources. Always multitask and expect you to complete both task at the same time Expect you to work on saturday and sunday with 24/7, even the employment letter mentioned 5 days works with no OT. Mostly no OT pay, but replaced with replacement leave. And you have no time to take leave. Lack of guidance from senior and manager, mostly self learning and expect you to know the things you have never done before Web training during working hours. Expecting you to attend web training, and in time working at client place and complete task on time
