      Work life balance is generally good. Office environment is good. Promotion process is clear and achievable

      Cons

      Mazars pay is generally below market rate and it impacts retention. Mazars benefits are also generally below market rate. There is no option to carry forward holidays unused at the year end which can be demotivating and create performance issues
