ESG & Sustainability Practice of Mazars in India is being ruined by the Partner who is managing this. She is not professional and degrading the name of "Mazars" - which is good globally. Cons - 1. No professionalism and learning 2. Micromanagement to next level 3. No work life balance & appreciation 4. No support from HR 5. You can be fired anytime for taking leaves 6. You have to work on every holiday and Saturday despite of having no work. 7. No appreciation for your work. 8. You can't fall sick in this organization 9. If there is sudden death in family and you need leaves. In that case you will be asked to put the papers. They are into ESG & Sustainability first need to understand what it is actually. As culture of this practice (ESG & Sustainability) is worst just because of one lady.
