Pros
Overall, there is clear progression for upcoming financial planners, this is supported through various training and development sessions. There are a lot of talented, intelligent and hard working people to work with and learn from.
Cons
Lack of structure, especially as client support staff leave, there is no rush to keep existing talent from leaving or to hire new replacements, which leads to work falling on everyone else. Worked down to the bone in some cases and made to feel like you're at fault if you can't handle it.
