Pros

Co-workers were great, direct supervisor was a really good person in spite of the culture

Cons

Sub-par pay, virtually no room for improvement or advancement, barely passable PTO structure, no sick time, horribly expensive medical coverage (which is based on a tiered system where management pays less for better coverage), leadership has no problem blatantly lying during the interview process, ridiculous security policies that make no sense (and are NOT determined by the contracted company, regardless of what leadership will say). All around a really unpleasant experience, all except the co workers and direct supervisor I had, but that was certainly in spite of the company and not because of it.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
