Pros

They are flexible if you need to work form home and still it depends on the supervisor - I will only recommend if you dont not have any other opportunity

Cons

poor management, some people are very rude, there is favouristism and people easily got fired. Salary really very low and incentive plan is not a one that can be achievable and when the management see that the agent can reach it, they change the KPIs in the middle of the month in order not to receive incentices. not easy to grow at, and not all people who grow deserves this.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
