Pros

There are no pros at all.

Cons

- Most departments and managers lie to you from day one. Greece has 45 minutes break by law. They tell you it is 40 minutes. You say it is only 5 minutes per day? Yes, for you personally it is. That makes 12 hours, for you, per year. They have thousands of employees. Imagine how much they earn over your back - Extremely low salary (the Greek minimum for private companies) - No pay raise when getting a higher position. Even worse. With most higher positions it is more difficult to reach the bonus goals. Meaning that you earn less at level 3 than at level 1 where the bonus is easy to reach. A higher position means a worse position in this case - No communication at all, except negative remarks - Numbers are the most important, they don't care about their employees, nor their customers (although they say so. It is just pretending) - The closure of a project is denied, We heard it from customers around October/November 2025. The company denied it until the 2nd half of February 2026. They even kept hiring a bunch of new people, while the project hardly had work. These new people (and many others) are moved around as if they are "things". Because in the contracts is mentioned that the company can place you wherever they want - Employees were removed to another department while the recently hired persons took their place - They offer employees (when a department has to cut people off) with children who work remote, (who only speak English, or English with Greek) the worst positions. They get 3 options (1 is with shifts. the other one is from the office in Athens (==> where they don't live). The last and final option is "you will be forced to leave when you don't accept one of the two. They still hire people for other projects but only replace when they want. They even don't accept replacement requests from employee. They are directly denied - Open communication or being direct/honest is not appreciated and you will get a note on your file - Extremely negative way of coaching. Both by management as most of the QA's. It is in a group everyone is blamed. Not to the point, not timely and for sure without proof. Telling a group (after asking how many are in the group) that the whole group does is wrong is not coaching that is breaking and tearing down people. The ones who do it wrong think it is not meant for them. The one who don't do it wrong feel it is said to them - No inclusion - There are many remote workers. When there is a (sparce) party, they are never invited. NEVER. They do get the invitation email, but an invite, nope. Yes, you are allowed to come. Pay the flight, hotel etc. all by yourself. If you still think this company includes everyone and respects everyone, this should be the reason that you will not accept their job offer - Much more

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
