Pros

The pay was decent. Had some holidays off.

Cons

The company makes you believe the job is permanent but end up being on a contract without knowing. No paid holidays. They also switch your position randomly.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and perspective. I’m glad to hear compensation and time off were positive aspects of your experience. Employment classifications, scheduling, and business needs can vary by program and client requirements, and associates are provided information regarding their role and employment status during the hiring and onboarding process. Feedback regarding communication and role expectations is valuable and helps teams continue improving the employee experience. I will also be sure this feedback is shared with the appropriate teams. Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
