      Pros

      The buling is nice and there is plenty of parking in the garage. The location is great and accessible to the interstate.

      Cons

      The management is awful and the company is very unorganized. The company is not stable and financially unfit. Employees are not treated fairly.

      Work at home is the only pro

      Cons

      The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
