Pros

It was a decent place to be at the moment. It gave a decent flexibility in the way the schedule was done. It was a bit unpredictable - several contracts closed during the time we were working there and we did not know when next people will go and when next group of people will loose their job due to this reason.

Cons

It had some good and not so good managers, but overall, it was OK place to be. If this is your option - you may try to work there, but they seem to be shifting their customer service overseas now, so this job may end soon.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
