      Very fast pace environment; people are great and dedicate;team works; Good place for folks willing to work hard and learn a lots in a short time.

      Cons

      Burn out quickly; Lot of churns; management changes too frequent; no long term strategy; Pay is below average; Loss many talented people who help built up the company

      Work at home is the only pro

      Cons

      The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
