The company has a team of dedicated cleaning staff who work tirelessly to keep the offices clean and sanitary. The company also provides its employees with access to a variety of hygiene products, such as hand sanitizer, soap, and paper towels.

Cons

My experience working at Foundever Mumbai branch in the customer service chat support role. I was hired in the COX chat process and have been working at the company for one and a half months.Unfortunately, my experience at Foundever has been very negative. My trainer was verbally abusive and used abusive language. He also forced us to do sit-ups by grabbing our hands to our ears like children, even if we made small mistakes. This behavior was very aggressive and shameful, and I believe that the company should face a lawsuit for it.The management at the Mumbai branch is also pathetic. They are completely unaware of the abuse that is happening under their noses. I would not recommend working at Foundever Mumbai branch to anyone. It is a toxic work environment with a culture of abuse.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
