Pros

You where able to work from your house and saved on travel expenses to and from work You also where able to flex your time if needed

Cons

The commission structure started out well and than of course things began to change quickly more functions where added to the job and you where required to sell bundle packages in order to make commission than they reduced the amount of money you would make per sale ultimately it ended up costing more for my internet and phone service than what I was making in commission very unorganized and management wasn't helpful at all If you had issues with your paycheck you could never get a live person on the phone and HR didn't have any direct line to reach anyone

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
