Pros
Pros: There is a chance you can see many advanced fields of industry. If you can be a manager, you can have many benefit. Foxconn is a big company but divided into small group around 30 ppls. Sometimes, it is like a startup and you can learn how to deal with ppls and finding resources.
Cons
Cons: Compensation is not good if you are not a manager.
