      Work is at a steady pace, free work clothes and shoes, free lunch.

      Cons

      Upper management, directors, plant managers, HR all horrible and do nothing to help the worker. If you bring up a problem they do everything to eliminate you instead of fixing the problems. Pay is low for engineers and managers.
