Performace review will be one time a year, normally the bonus is around 1.5-3 months paycheck. However, profit share does not have a specific range, it all base on which team you stay at. The higher level of PM will get more.
Cons
They do not offer stock option.
If your yearly bonus exceed 100M TWD, they will pay out in 3 years.
1 year 60%, 2 and 3 years would pay out the other 40 %.
Will need to work overtime a lot to work with Asia team.
Domestic Biz travel will not get reimbursement.
