      Good benefits. Some very smart folks.

      Cons

      Long hours. The pay is good but if if take into consideration the amount of hours you put in (Typical 60-70) its not necessarily all that good. The partners love to take millions in dollars instead of distributing it the folks that truly make this company tick.
