Dirty place to work - Associate Goldman Sachs Employee Review

Dirtiest place to work, People here are very politically charged... They looks like experts in their field but they are cunning enough to showcase themselves like experts. I have been working here since last 8 years, (one would wonder it takes me 8 years to understand but I have been changing departments and everywhere its same).. believe me this place actually suck blood from talented people and reward to cajolers. Even if you think you can downgrade yourself to please your manager there will be somebody who can beat you in doing this. You can waste important years of your life by joining this firm.
