Pros
Some flexibility, slightly better pay and benefits than most nonprofits.
Cons
Constant organizational chaos, incompetent Executive Director and senior staff, lack of commitment to values, completely toxic workplace for people of color, and desperately needs to be unionized. There's a lot of tunnel vision and group think at the senior level.
