      Very enthusiastic employer and environment, they have a bonus system related to your performance.

      Highly target driven, this works well for some but usually demands too much too soon.

      Pros

      It was wonderful! The people were friendly and open-minded. I enjoyed going to different places like Buffalo, NY and Ithaca, NY. I loved being able to do my small part to make a difference on this planet. I'm passionate about the environment.

      Cons

      Not paid enough, and I didn't get to acquire any computer skills.
