      great flexibility and the managers are as immature as the kids

      Cons

      the management isnt organized and they hired kids with completely opposing views than the organization

      Flexibility and time off benefits

      Cons

      Very unstable environment. Lots of turnover in higher roles. Will let people go because of financial reasons and expect the remaining employees to combine their role with 3-4 other roles with no additional pay
