      The people are passionate, intelligent and rebels at heart. It's nice to work with people who have the same value system as you.

      Cons

      There could be more diversity in the office. There is no clear career path, you have to create your own opportunities.

      Pros

      It was wonderful! The people were friendly and open-minded. I enjoyed going to different places like Buffalo, NY and Ithaca, NY. I loved being able to do my small part to make a difference on this planet. I'm passionate about the environment.

      Cons

      Not paid enough, and I didn't get to acquire any computer skills.
