      15 days paid leave for the first year, which is much higher than most of local companies. wage is also higher than local ngos. mental health consult service is provided.

      It was wonderful! The people were friendly and open-minded. I enjoyed going to different places like Buffalo, NY and Ithaca, NY. I loved being able to do my small part to make a difference on this planet. I'm passionate about the environment.

      Cons

      Not paid enough, and I didn't get to acquire any computer skills.
