      - Many opportunities to learn and grow, except smooth career pathway. - Some colleagues are very talented and committed. - Very techy IT equipment and great IT support.

      Cons

      - Toxic working environment due to a few irrational and radical people. - The handling of HR matters is slow and full of flaws, also recruitment processes need a big update and better organisation.

      Pros

      It was wonderful! The people were friendly and open-minded. I enjoyed going to different places like Buffalo, NY and Ithaca, NY. I loved being able to do my small part to make a difference on this planet. I'm passionate about the environment.

      Cons

      Not paid enough, and I didn't get to acquire any computer skills.
