They pay higher compared to other competing companies. A lot of innovation opportunities, production and development processes are still in the making so you can shine with your ideas. Nothing is written in stone. If you have a good director/manager, then life can be very good.
Cons
Benefits outside the proper government benefit system. You are not legally employed (managers). Power politics limit development and creativity (relationships are valued more than actual performance). Employees feel that they are not valued as associates or members of the company. Required to work longer times.
